     We need to build a big team of experienced, well trained professionals to become a part of this huge endeavor.

     Not every law enforcement agency can afford a permanent cold case squad. One alternative is to consult a cold case organization like B.A.D.G.E..

     We need forensic experts, criminalist, pathologist, Private investigators, Medical examiners, Ballistic experts, Antomologist, facial reconstruction artist, finger print experts, 

forensic dog handlers, forensic odontology dental experts and attorneys, who meet to solve unsolved homicides.

     The group works with police, prosecutors, and the victim's family, providing assistance on a pro bono basis. In addition, the FBI and various federal, state, or district attorneys' offices may be able to provide investigative resources for cold cases.

     Funding may also be obtained from federal sources or foundations....

     Dr. Peter Loomis will be our special guest this show. Peter W. Loomis DDS, D-ABFO Dr. Loomis is the forensic odontologist for the Office of the Medical Investigator in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He received his dental degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Dentistry in 1972, and completed a one year general practice residency with the U.S. Public Health Service in 1973. He received his training in forensic odontology at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology and the University of New Mexico, School of Medicine.

     Current affiliations and certifications: Forensic Odontologist for the NM Office of the Medical Investigator Diplomate American Board of Forensic Odontology (ABFO).
